Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Bayam Merah Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Ibu Hamil di Rawe 4 Lingkungan 5 Kelurahan Tangkahan Kecamatan Medan Labuhan Tahun 2021
Abstract
Based on the data (WHO) 2019 Mortality rate was 210/100.000 Live Births around 295,000 mother died due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth. In Indonesia, the cause of the high rates of maternal mortality are hemorrhage 30,3%, hypertension 27,1%, infection of 7.3%, and prolonged labor of 1.8%. The stuay aimed to investigate the influence of the spinach juice of red against the increase of Hb levels in pregnant women in the Rawe 4 the Environment 5.the study used quasi experimental with one group pretest and posttest who experienced anemia. The population was 50 pregnant women, using purposive sampling. The sample was 10 people pregnant in September 2021. Data were analyzed by using paired samples test.The result showed out of 10 respondents, before being given the juice of red spinach majority of the level of Hb category of moderate anemia (7-8 gr%) as many as 10 people (100.0 %) and a minority level of Hb category of mild anemia (9-10 gr%) 0 (0%). The mean increase in Hb levels before being given the juice of red spinach is 7,20. The mean increase in hemoglobin levels after juice red spinach is 9,40 with the value of the ρ-value 0.000 (<.05).The conclusion showed that there was an effect of increasing Hb levels before and after being given red spinach juice in pregnant women. It is recommended for pregnant women to consume red spinach juice to prevent anemia.
